I prefer bittorrent, it's easier to get entire albums...

But if you're in a dorm, mytunes for itunes is all kinds of cool...

And for spyware...I use ad-aware and spybot, they kind of clean where the other doesn't, and they work very well. On top of that I use a free version of mcAfee

My laptop uses Avast...which is a free virus program that I've heard heralded before...

i like bittorrent too. good quality and i can find almost any movie i want.

i used to download stuff with e-mule, but i have a router and could only get a lowID, so i kinda gave up, especially after i start using bittorents.
