Left brain, right brain.

Lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" from top to bottom in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it.

hmm..csant get it to work. I think its cause my bench is too low though cause i've tried it before and its worked. Kinda freaky if oyou think abou it...
