Here's someone who no one has mentioned just a name to throw out there:

Runelvys Hernandez. Only 27, and should be back in the royals rotation after his TJ. I liked what I saw in 03 before he hurt himself and his numbers went down the toilet. If he's healthy he could have a nice rebound year of sorts. What do you guys think?

Oh and I also like Jose Acevedo to have a nice bounce back with Cincy.

Two names you haven't heard anywhere else. Use them well.

Forget the man crush. I drop what I'm doing to watch Zack Greinke pitch.

I find it funny Cardinal fans are so down on Morris. Was he bad?? Absolutely. He was solid @ home and awful on the road.

I'd rather sign him to an incentive laiden 1 year deal (which is the way he'll go) rather than signing Radke/Od.Perez (or Clement) for 3-4 years.

I hate to talk bad about Cardinal players or former Cardinals but Morris is a headcase. He is inconsistent and has lost speed off his fastball. He is no where close to the pitcher he was in 2001. Given all of this I wouldn't mind giving him a 1 year incentive laden deal. He needs to get his head on straight and I don't know if he can do that with the Cards.

man i touted jose acevedo all last winter and spring and we bought him for $5 in a 13 team NL only league...around the first of june my partner started to refer to him as "that certain dominican pitcher"..i would like to go back for him again but doubtful my partner will allow it

Just traded for Carlos Delgado. Hopefully Baltimore picks him up and not Seattle. Either way, I expect bigger things.

How about Kevin Brown, he couldn't possibly be as bad as he was last season? I haven't worked out a projection for him yet, because I was worried about where he would end up.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.

If KB gets out of NY, he'll be fine. In fact, I would go so far as to label him a sleeper. B-)

Agreed on Brown. Should he be so lucky as to land back in the NL, his numbers will be beautiful.
