I agree that Dotel is a big time sleeper.....the reason I rank Kolb so low, is at least in part due to his 2nd half performance (4.88 ERA, 1.42 WHIP). I've never liked or trusted him....seeing those numbers over the 2nd half cemented that opinion in my mind.
