Still, what stopped him at the cocktail party is sure to cause him pause during the auction. Maybe Mark Reese would've held on to that 1955 World Series ring if he ever had a desire to display it in one of his homes in Kentucky and California. It could bring him back $50,000, the experts say, but this is still the toughest item to see the son sell off. This was Pee Wee's World Series championship, his magical season. It's surprising to hear him say that there's no place in his world to keep it.

If all it's going to bring is $50,000, then I'd rather keep it. Just my opinion though.
