Pat the Bat

what u guys think about Pat Burrell for next year?

while 24HR and 84RBI isn't bad, he's still competing with tony batista for the lowest avg with more RBIs...

philly's lineup is pretty good and the new ballpark seems to be hitter friendly, ask abreu...

any chance he'll pull out a Pat the Bat 02version?

I look for him to improve a little over last years numbers but I dont expect him anywhere near his 02 numbers. I would say a good 4th outfielder in a 12 team mixed league.

I tend to agree with kent and raiders on this one. He's a nice option for a 4th-ish OF in deeper or NL only leagues. I'm not going to count on a repeat of '02, and I don't think anyone should really. :-?

Right where I have him. If you need to depend on him, you might be in for a long season. :-°
