People who commit suicide are often not bright enough to do it effectively..... if they were they wouldn't be stupid enough to commit suicide in the first place. How do you attempt suicide and not succeed? It's not that hard to so. Sorry for being insensitive....

i think it's not an easy thing to do.

i was reading an article a couple of weeks ago that argued that people who assist in a suicide shouldn't go to jail, cuz suicide is a legal act and no one should be punished for helping someone else in a legal act. but of course, the person who succesfully commits suicide can never be prosecuted for doing it. anyhow, just thought it was interesting. dunno if this is in the same discussion as euthanasia.

Suicide is the only act where it is illegal to try and fail but not if you are successful. Pretty hard to prosecute if you are successfull.

It might be hard for a normal, sane person to understand but if in 1 instant, someone can lift a car, I can see why someone would do that.
