Since when does SB% count in fantasy baseball? I don't care if Beltran is 20 for 20 and A-Rod is 20 for 100, they both count the same in fantasy. 20 SBs is 20 SBs. Not too many people can do it while putting up other good stats, so I think it's ludicrous to discount somebody for have a low sb% in a FANTASY baseball discussion.
SB% counts in my league!
I lose points in my H2H league when a steal is unsuccessful!

i agree on Beltran being overrated. he had a .915 ops in what was his best season yet. and i agree on Jeter too probably because i think all that clutch stuff is BS. he'd likely be my nomination for "most overrated". i think Ichiro gets a little (dis)honorable mention too.
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.

I didnt even read the 7 pages of posts but
ICHIRO SUZUKI
amazing real life player but other then hitting for a GREAT average, he does not do much else to warrant his usual third round pick.
Ichiro goes way too early for what fantasy production he bring thus making him overrated.
In 2002 and 2003 he did not hit well for avg in the 2nd half and did not steal many bases, thus imo makin him a somewut bust.
In 2004 he went off in the second half and helped your teams batting avg but wut else can he do? the M's offense was so bad no one could drive ichiro in and sure he stole 30 bags but this is the guy who could steal 70 if he wanted too.
Unless Ichiro steals 60 bases instead of 30 and continues to hit well over 350 he is OVERRATED imo and does not deserve to go in the top rounds like he always does.

I agree Jeter is somewhat overrated but come on you can count on the guy to give you
Over 100 Runs
15-20 HR
Over 80 RBI
20 Stolen Bases
300+ avg
That production from the shortstop warrants an early pick b/c the guy is so consistent and gives great production from the short stop positon.
