Im just wondering if the yankees are going to keep him as their set up man because i need to get one middle reliever in my keeper league and i was wondering if he would be a good guy to get deep in the draft

Is it a dynasty league? In most keeper leagues you wouldn't be keeping a Middle Reliever.

So my answer is this: If it's just for one year, take Gordon with the knowledge that he's old and has a long injury history but is very talented. I wouldn't count on the same numbers you got this year from Flash. Personally, he's too high risk for me to justify taking him where he'll go, but you are a different breed, Rico.

If it's for more than one year, go after someone else.

Gordon, by necessity, was way overworked in 2004 given his injury history - between the regular season and postseason, he appeared in 89 games, pitched exactly 100 innings. A high-risk selection.

Ok Rico, here's what you need to answer:
1. Are you looking for a player this year or are you looking to keep this player for a few years?
2. Why do you want this player? Is holds a category or are you just looking for cheap era/whip help?

Is this a secret that you're only sharing with Rico?
