Pick 3 of Pujols, Vlad, Arod, Beltran

You can debate the order.

Beltran (Unless he lands in Seattle or something)
Pujols
Vlad

A-Rod wouldn't be a bad pick but there are tons of 3B's out there and I think those 3 will put up better #'s. All 4 of those guy are great but I like to get Sb's out of the way with a guy like Beltran who has the potential to hit HR's like the rest of the top hitters too.

I say:

Pujols- Most reliable. Top hitter for three straight years, great lineup, he's number 1.

2. A-Rod- I took me a while to think about this but I think A-Rod gives the entire package better than Vlad or Beltran. If Beltran is going to bat .270, then I'd probably rather have A-Rod. His numbers will be better now with a year already in New York. Plus he stole more than Vlad did.

3. Beltran- 40-40 guy who will contribute in every category except maybe average. Not sure how high he'll bat. It also depends on who he plays for to determine if I put him ahead of A-Rod.

Vlad is next, and as close as you can get to A-Rod and Beltran. I'd take any of the three with a smile.

pujols
beltran
vlad

arod doesn't make my top 10, let alone 3. If he still had SS eligibility, then probably top ten. But not at third. I'm not convinced that this year's numbers were a fluke/adjustment, and those numbers at third don't even put him top of the pack at third, let alone overall.
