DC is close to sea level, so any boost to offense would have to come from park demensions.

I'm sorry but that is one sorry-ass lineup. The Nats need a lot more to go right than Livan and Armas. Throw in Nick Johnson's health, Castilla to suddenly hit well somewhere other than Coors, Patterson to surprise, Ohka to come through, etc etc etc.
Rotoworld is saying Rivera is more likely to split time at DH with Davanon. Maybe between that and some time in the OF he will get a full season of at bats. We'll see how the rest of the signings go...

As an Ex-Expos fan, why did they sign VCastilla? As a matter of fact, why do teams keep dishing out the cash for him! He's only useful in COL. First TBatista, now Vinny. Haven't checked but don't they have a decent 3B or can't they convert someone to 3B. Batista was productive, I'll give him that but never liked him. Ever since his days in CIN, never been a fan of Bowden.
Guillen was a good pickup but thought Izturis would have been fine at SS.
