I think Mauer's potential outweighs his injury concerns, but apparently I'm in the minority on this opinion.

What do you guys know about Brian Schnieder that I don't? His numbers aren't all that impressive, and I haven't heard that he's a great prospect. Please... Enlighten me...

His numbers aren't all that impressive, but he is an excellent defensive catcher and is, by some accounts, thought to be capable of improving offensively, perhaps significantly. He is just about to turn 28, so.......

Who gets the starting C nod for the White Sox? Davis or will it be a Davis/Burke platoon?

Also, I think some of you guys are valuing Estrada way too high. As far as 5x5, he hits for average but every other cat is sub-par when comparing him to the top 12.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Why is it noone likes Hernandez, he was top 10 among catchers in HRs and RBIs with only around 380 ABs, and was also top 10 in AVG., SLG., and OPS I believe.

Most have him towards the end of the top 12 (I have him at 11 currently). That makes him a starter in 12 team leagues. How much higher do you think should be?

What are you projecting him at right now?

I actually forgot to make projections for him. I had forgotten about him until I saw him on a roster in one of my leagues. :-o
