14th round is about right. There are too many "more" sure shots than Mr Mota. Do you think that he is a better closer option than Julio for the o's or whoever the cubs go with?

He's by FAR better than Julio IMO. If the Cubs sign Benitez or Percival, then no he's not better than either of them.

I don't think this is like Arthur Rhodes at all... Rhodes was garbage for most of his career, I don't now why he was expected to do well. I certainly didn't think he'd be worth drafting. Mota is better than him, but still not the elite RP many make him out to be. He'll be decent... but I don't think top 10.

Also, what's wrong with Dotel? He pitched fine, got his K's, and was a solid closer. He gave up more HR's than usual but other than that he was pretty damn good, and I don't expect his HR rate to continue like this. It sounds to me like he's under-rated.
