Sig Request (Please)

Well I've been here almost a year and I don't have a picture in my sig, Can someone help me out?

I'd like Mark Teixeira on the left (or right) and Kevin Mench (on the other side) and then something in the background (maybe the ballpark in arlington, but if you find something better thats cool). And then in the middle or the top or something could you write "Rangers: World Series Champs 2005"

One more thing...how do you add pictures to your sig?
