Sheff is no where near slumping. He just had his 16-game hitting streak snapped two days ago. And homered last night against the cards. He ended up going 2-4 with 1HR, a double and 3 RBI! I wouldn't exactly call that a slump.

How about Brian Giles. I know he's now on the DL but for the first couple weeks he was cold as well. Hopefully for me he'll come back and make up for lost time to get me those 35 or so HRs he's good for.

I second Konerko. Maybe Chicago needs some warmer weather.

Piazza easily tops this list for me. I have him and luckily have been doing fine during this slump, but he has not been producing. The scary thing with him is that there are ligitimate questions about his aging and knees. Still, I expect him to eventually produce well above average numbers for a catcher but not to hit over .300 or above 105 RBIs. Floyd is another Met off to a horrible start.

I'm hoping for Giles to come around too. I traded Vernon Wells for him.

Giles for Wells? I just got Wells for Salmon, I'd trade him for a hurt Giles (if I didn't already own him).

Ha I got almost all of ya beat.

My team has a lot of cold sluggers

T. hunter, M. piazza, P. Koneriko, E. Alfonzo, and Ken Griffy.

My pitching has been stellar though. My big four starting pitchers are clemens, mussina,p.martinez, M.Clement.
