It would help, but I wouldn't get too excited, I am more worried about which big bat Florida plans on bringing in (if any) in order to fill in for Lowell's absense. I wonder if Glaus would be cheaper then Lowell?
You really think that Glaus will demand less than Lowell?
3b or OF, it doesn't really matter to me. Miggy's star is on the rise. He is a stud, nuff said.
As for his fielding abilities, I saw him play the outfield 16 times this season. On one particular occasion against the Cardinals in early june, he made a monster throw from right to nail Marlon Anderson at the plate. While he may not be Vlad or Tori Hunter, he is the type of "natural" that can do anything better than the average Joe.
Wake Up People!. We may be seeing the best players in history. Bonds, Pujols, Vlad, A-Rod, Jeter, Tejada, Ichiro, and yes, Cabrera.
The Marlins kept the old man (Mkeon) around for another year for a reason. He has had a positive influence on the development of the young superstar, and he has earned the right to watch him blossom one more year.
98% of Americans have a favorable opinion of puppies and rainbows.
How do you spell "biased?"

what i love about the kid is his consistency. i can rarely remember getting frustrated over starting him, or him going through a serious slump. he was in my lineup for, well, the entire year. i value that almost as high as i value every other characteristics. im sold on him
Well his fielding isn't that great... he ranked last out of all RF's in Zone Rating. A good arm can go unnoticed using ZR though, and I really don't know much about his arm strength and accuracy.

yes i agree he is a stud but if he gain 3b and OF eligibility again that only helps matters with filling your team......i love flexibility with my players......
