Who would you rather have in a keeper league?

im in the second round in drafting in a slow message board draft of a keeper league and im up to pick. its a 5x5 h2h league and i have already tooken tejada.

So my questoin is who should i take out of these four players

Scott Rolen
Todd Helton
Jim Edmonds
Gary Sheffield
