Well the Rangers were mathmatically eliminated from the playoffs last night.

It was a very nice run though, and much better than most people thought they would do. As a Ranger fan, I'm not going to complain at all.

We won today, so our current record is 87-72 and that's pretty darned good. We can still win 90 games if we sweep Seattle over the weekend. I'd love to see 90 wins this year, so I'll be cheering even though the playoffs are out of reach.

Congrats to the Rangers, and here's to next season.

It has been a great year for Texas, almost like my Cards in a way. Pretty much zero expectations and questions about pitching and both came through huge IMO. BTW I'd love to see some Cardinal/Ranger World Series before too long, that would be unbelievable.
