Wasn't that a South Park episode? Cartmann faked being retarded to get into the Special Olympics, but Jimmy was actually taking steroids.

The moral was that using drugs in sports was just like faking being retarded to get into the Special Olympics. Words to live by.

There were actual paralympians who failed drug tests this year. I think 2 of them were from Iran and Syria, so it's not like we trsuted them to begin with..... one of those 23 chromosomed militants probably put them up to it.
