It's going to be close. I'm not sure if a pitcher will throw him many strikes now. They're probably thinking Ichiro's so desperate for a hit that he'll swing at bad pitches. Besides, what pitcher wants to be associated with hit #258? If I was the opposing pitcher, I'd pitch around him every time, especially since nobody else after him is a significant threat.
