I don't know about visiting players but Ted Williams and Mo Vaughn are the only Red Sox lefthand batters to hit three home runs in one game at Fenway.

Again neither is correct, so maybe a hint is in order. One played 1B for the hated Yankees and the other usually played the same position mostly for the Orioles.
