Who do the Cardinals plan to use on Saturday and Sunday?
Also, most of the probables lists I look at are fairly "fubar'd" right now. MLB has Friday and Saturday listed. Anyone know of a fairly accurate list for Sunday?
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

speaking of Cardinals rotation, mewonders how it'll shape up in the postseason...
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.
Matt Morris will be skipped Saturday to prepare for the postseason. The Cardinals will go with a bullpen start, not revealing yet which reliever will open the game. Sep. 23 - 9:41 am et Source: St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Well Ankiel won't be starting, from their site....
All relief: One pitcher who will not get a start over the season's final two weeks is Rick Ankiel. The lefty will vie for a spot in the rotation next spring, but for now he's simply not stretched out enough to start any games. Ankiel has yet to throw more than two innings since he was activated from the disabled list at the beginning of September.
