Hmm......Let me know how that turns out. Seeing as how you can't navigate anywhere in the site, I'd be very hesitant to give that a shot. I know there are a few rip off places currently trying to mimic the real site that does the free poker chips, so use at your own risk everyone.

Here is what has happened. I signed up and deposited my $50 (now up to $73 thank you very much). I then received an email asking for my address for delivery of the chips. I wrote them back saying that I gave my address when I signed up at Partypoker. So far no response.
Being the suspicious sort, I sent an email to partypoker telling them that this seems to be a scam. This is the response that I got:

It is true that you have entered your address while registering with us and we have it. However, the Poker chips are given out by an affiliate of our site and not by PartyPoker.com Since we do not share information about our players, they are contacting you for the address.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Department at any time. We are here 24/7 to assist you via email.
Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site!

So since it looks like the promotion is recognized by partypoker I sent off my address.
Yes, there are affiliates that actually follow through with the promotions ( I did mine and got my chips ), but there are quite a few that don't. With the set up of the site you provided (one page with zero working links to other pages and info) it seemed, and still seems like a scam.
Hopefully, it turns out well for you. Personally, I'd have gone with a more reputable site and avoided the worries.
Let me know how it turns out though. I've already got a Party account and did the promo through a different site, so I don't qualify to be able to do it again, but if in fact the site you used is a scam, it's something I'd like to make sure a few friends are aware of.

That'd be a pretty good deal if I broke even after all the hands.
It's even better because there are a lot of fish (meaning people who are not very good) at Party Poker, so you should finish with more than you started with. Not to mention the $25 bonus too.
