Felix could be phenomenal. He could be like Rafael Soriano and have arm problems.
While I agree pitchers due tend to be injured more, I think he is very much worth the risk & about the only thing he has in common with Soriano is the same team. Rafael was/is undersized for a power pitcher, has had previous arm problems in the past, and well just isn't nearly as talented as Felix.
Ian Stewart would probably be my next choice though. Curious to see what position he plays as his future pans out. Rockies have quite a few young 3B that could block his way if they have some good seasons. Of course he isn't moving to 1st, so if not 3B a move to the OF could be in his future. Seems like all the big 3B prospects are moved around lately (Pujols/Cabrera).
