Doug Davis controls my fate

Postby TownDrunk » Sun Sep 19, 2004 6:28 pm

He's either going to push me into the championship round, or he isn't. He's going to make or break me. He's facing the Astros. He's playing in Houston.

Please send your good luck mojo my way :-°

Yeah, I got Davis controlling my fate, but not in that manner. I need him to limit Beltran and Kent to less than 3 HRs, 2 steals, and about 5-6 hits. If he does, I should be all set.

Also, is that an anti-Bush signature or a pro-Bush one? I can't really tell

Well, I would like Beltran to get on base a few times to give me some peace of mind, so I wouldnt mind seeing Davis get hammered. (sorry :-D ) Also I need Overbay and Pods to be limited to less than 3 2Bs, 4 R, and not get on base that much.

I'll need it, Mad. :-o

I'm currently trailing in ERA 3.75 to 3.57

I'm tied in wins.

I barely have the lead in K's.

I lead WHIP.

I'm down a save.

I'm down a hold.

So basically, I need Davis to get the win, limit the Astros to 2 ER's, and K at least 5 batters. This shall be interesting....... :~(

And that would be an anti-Bush sig ;-)

i needed davis's help sorta. rocket can't win for me to move on, but then again, i also needed him to not strike out more than like 2 guys, so i think i'm already screwed >_<

who'da thunk that, up a win and a k with 6 starts left vs. 3 starts i'd be missing the championship this season? :,-(

Then again, when its carpenter, kazmir, benson, beckett, padilla, and odalas perez against russ ortiz, rocket, and johan, it's by no means a lock. :~(

He pitched great but he didn't get the win. Which means I've lost 6-5 :-/
