Which seasons would we want to use as a player's base stats?
Do we want to let people pick a home stadium (along with the park factors that go with it) to play in?

I think that what he means is that he can put all of the names in a hat as well as 1 that says Team 20. No matter what # pick they get, it will then be changed from Team #20 to whatever the name is.

Plus if Team #20 gets a good draft spot, that might help get someone to join. Granted, they could get a crappy spot too though.
