We had a similar problem in my league last year, but it was more widespread. Three or four teams dropped everyone on their rosters. So this year, as commish, I locked the rosters of each team as it was eliminated. We probably would have had the same problem again this year had it not been for the roster-locking as one manager threatened to dump his squad on the Sunday of the week he was knocked out.
