If you're nearing your starts limit (and the team you're dealing with is unlikely to pass you in the pitching categories), this looks like an excellent deal for you. Delgado has been a bit of a disappointment this year, but he's still worth having for the stretch drive.

Jennings is a solid pitcher and Nomo can be solid.BUT if your reaching your limit then trading for Delgado and Fogg seems like a pretty good deal if your in need for a 1B and need to get rid of some SP's.
