Postby Rohan » Sat Sep 18, 2004 1:48 pm

He has 14 more games. Assumming he has 56 AB each of 14 games, what are his chances? He plays Toronto, The Twins

He definitely has a chance, but he has to finish strong.

assuming hes gets just under 4.2 AB's per game (his current pace), he'd have pile up 26 hits and in order to do that hit .448 rest of the way to end up at .300. !+)

i dont see him getting .300. ;-)
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.

Well, I doubt he would get that many AB's a game :-D

He could do it, but I see him coming up a little short. Its still a good comeback from that awful start.
