Sep 15 Helton got a night off on Tuesday after going 0-for-8 over the last two games, the Associated Press reports.
Recommendation: ``He hasn't had a good foundation at the plate the last few nights,'' Hurdle said. Garrett Atkins started at first base.

why not? he's 3 for 6 against him this year with a double... don't be intimidated by the unit.. let the batters facing him deal with that ;-)

i actually knew that RJ picthed on wednesday, but u know when you don't realize what you are doing...this has been a bad week, all my moves so far have been awful.
