HOW TO CANCEL MSN/MLBTV

I signed up for that free 3 month trial and want to cancel it so that I don't have to pay. Any idea how to cancel??

Go to the MSN Customer Service section...there will be a number to call to cancel in there.

FYI.......I just called and cancelled. You need to call this number:

(800) 386-5550

They also give you a 5-day grace period, which is nice. My trial period actually ran out on the 10th but they were able to credit me the $9.95.

LOL. I actually got right through but then waited when they needed to transfer me.

I gave up at 11:30....... had to drive back to school and be at class for 1:30, and it's an hour drive and I had groceries to get. I'll call back tomorrow....... apparently they had a problem with Hotmail so they had an unusual amount of calls. Don't know what that has to do with software unsubscription though. Oh well, I'll call back later. I signed up on April 23rd so I have until at least then, possibly the 28th if this 5 day grace period applies to everybody.

I cancelled in July or something...my grace period is still going on now, in terms of my MLB All Access account. The MSN Premium thing ended. Shh, don't tell them.
