Well, he turned chicken. He knows the league has no credibility without me (I'm not bragging, it's actually true) but has pleaded to keep "sportsmanship" in the league by stopping what I'm doing. I explained to him that I'm not being unsportsmanlike.

In all honesty, I'm the only one in the league within three miles of the crown. And yet, the league wants me to become prudent, to stop what I'm doing. I don't know why, maybe they like him better. But that's not really my problem.

In short, I'm doing what I have to to win. No excuses, no bulls***.

Now, on to the next challenge: Picking two diamonds from the rough for tomorrow. Actually, I don't like anyone on the WW that much, but here's the list:

Jon Leiber at Bal
Aaron Harang vs. Mil
Jorge Sosa at KC
Terry Mulholland at Det
Tony Armas at Atl
Travis Smith vs. Mon

I really don't like this list, I might be better off only picking up Leiber, and even he's been inconsistent. Harang and Armas could suprise here, though.

Armas did have a nice outing vs. ATL on July 17th, but he did get killed his last start vs. CHN.... Lieber has had one good outing and one bad outing vs. BAL, and has been pretty good as of late... Harang has also had one good start and one bad start vs MIL, but has been awful lately.... tough choice, but I'll take Lieber

Thanks for the help. I have room to pick up two starters, I'm pretty sure Leiber's going to be one. The other one is a toss-up between Armas, Harang, or not doing one at all. I do have Oswalt starting tomorrow, too.

I like Leiber out of those choices, none of the others look good to me.

No problem, I wouldn't start Harang if I was you though. If you don't feel comfortable with Armas, avoid starting Harang and just not have a 3rd starter starting.

i would prob just pick up lieber.....leave the rest alone as better options may come up later on.......
