I use The Sporting News for that, unfortunately it's a paid part of their site. I'm sure there is a free source somewhere that offers that, but the ones I've come across only do a few days in advance.

cbs.sportsline usually goes out a week, but that data can be a little shaky. Nothing wrong with sportsline, just that lots can happen to a rotation in a week.

If you are looking for two-start guys, mlb.com does a list each week, highlighting the safest picks.

I think projected matchups are pretty standard with pay sites. Yahoo lets you know too though. I'm not sure if you can check if you do not have a league with them though. What fantasy service do you use?

Also at this site in the lower right hand part of the page they have a projected 14 day pitching probables http://www.insiderbaseball.com/

hmm...roto shows Prior pitching twice on Friday. guess that's 2 good chances for a decent start :)
