I believe he can hit higher than .280. I'm thinking .300. No argument on the rest though.

here we go again with people worried about tex...the whole year has been like this. teixeira starts off cold, people start doubting him, dropping him in leagues, then he suddenly gets hot and everyone is like "teixeira is awesome". two weeks after it, he cools off and people start thinking about dropping him again.

i'm not saying this is the case here cuz it's not. we are talking about 2 players here and i'd take tex over glaus in any day.



ps. patience required in dealing with tex

Well said Kimchi. Tex has put up consistent numbers HR/RBI. The avg isnt the best but it seems that whole Texas line-up is streaky. But Tex is the clear pick over Glaus IMO.
