If it's a keeper, consider adding guys like Kazmir, Floyd, Francis, Upton, Wright, etc.

Floyd is a guy who can definitely have an immediate fantasy impact.. considering his schedule is pretty light. Mets, Expos, Pirates. other than that need more info. ;-D
