wait last i heard she was thinking of not testifying thats not the same thing as dropping the charges. can we get some clarification that the case is dismissed?

It's very strange that she wouldn't want to testify in a criminal case where at least questions are partially limited in reference to her life but has no problem testifying in a civil case where there are very few protections of what can and can't be asked.

My theory? She was a slut, after all she did IM her friends that she had sex with Kobe Bryant, and she was trying to get the money. Thats why she won't testify in a criminal case but will in a civil.
