lo,
in our adult softball league, we have a rule that states if u are thrown out of 3 games a year(we play 2 seasons that consist of about 60 ball games), you are not allowed to play anymore that year.....that calms alot of the hot headness down, as we started this rule about 4 years ago, because of same thing( kick outs, brawls, arguments, arrests)......it is amazing though how bad off some people can get over a softball game.....FYI, since we implemented the rule, we have had no one get suspended for the rest of the season yet....we have had a couple of guys get kicked out twice in a season, but never that unlucky 3rd time......something for you to think about and good luck with your game
Exactly. It sucks when I'm pitching my a$$ off and we make error after error but you gotta dance with who you brung.
Did you pull a Dave Steib and start yelling at your Outfielders?
I wasn't happy but I didn't do that. I kept my cool. The only time that I have ever done anything was a few years ago with the SS at the time. He booted 2 balls in a row and then I walked the next guy. He started getting all pissed so I walked over to him and said that if he ever did anything like that again, I wasn't going to say a word. I was just gonna hand him the ball and he could pitch. He never said another word.
