Team going down the tubes

I'm still sitting pretty in 4th but my team is in a slump. i need to change some things before the deadline but what to do. here's the team:

10 team h2h keep 5 players year to year
R, HR, RBI, SB, BB, K, AVG, W, SV, HR, K, ERA, WHIP
c-lopez
1st-teixeira, hafner
2nd-m.giles
3rd-blalock
ss-m.young
lf-guillen, burrell(dl)
cf-pods, p.wilson, hunter
rf-guillen, w.m. pena

sp-hudson, mulder, schilling, garcia, clement, contreras, sabathia
rp-gagne, hoffman


some rp such as affeldt, gordon (to help out the era/whip) are available but would they help much? what should i look to do that helps my team this year but also keeps next year in mind. as of right now i plan on keeping blalock, teixeira, gagne, hudson/mulder, and giles. any suggestions?

You need a new 2B. Pick up or trade quickly. I'd also get a higher quality CF who has low K and the same for SS. Package Young and/or Giles, you need higher average. I think that team needs alot of work but has little time. It would take some nice dealing. You might want to get more K and RP also.
