Francis, Capellan, or M.Cain?

Which of these should I use #1 priority for? (18-team keeper) ....... I'm leaning towards Francis, but Coor's Field changes everything

Capellan is the guy rising with a bullet...and he won't have to seat Coors. Francis may indeed be a great prospect, but if he's a Rockie, he'll likely never see the right side of 4.00. That reduces his worth significantly.

I'd rank them long-term: 1) Capellan; 2) Cain; 3) Francis

Coors is the deciding factor.

Long term I like Cain the most. His mechanics are as smooth as you can get, fastball mid to high 90's, plus his secondary offerings are better then the other options IMO. Add that to him dominating High A and Double A at age 19 and will pitch in one of the best home ball parks in baseball.

Cap would be 2nd and Francis 3rd, just not sure anyone can have Coors as their home field and pitch well day in and day out.
