I need a go-to guy for my 3rd outfielder. Which one would you rather have for the rest of the season?

Agreed...coming from a Dye owner, too. Jones is beginning to come around, though it looks like he'll never ever turn into that 5 category player some thought he'd be.

Before breaking his leg in the 2001 postseason, Dye was a renowned second-half hitter. But that has changed. Offensively and defensively, Dye is looking like a tired player, one who played just 78 games last season and was burdened with the task of making up for the losses of Jason Giambi and Miguel Tejada in recent years.

Fantasy Source spin: Dye is batting .218 in the second half. Don’t look for a major turnaround.

That is as sure as night and day.

He's really only a 3 cat guy and only then because he plays on a decent team.

I would still take him over Dye though.
