Okay, I desperatly need to get a good OF on my dynasty team. He has to be fairly young with his best days ahead of himself. He can't be a top producer right now, as I don't want to pay that much. Who is he? Can we get together maybe 5-6 names of players who fit this description?

1 Fairly young
2 Has power but not just power
3 Has not achieved full potential but is right around the corner
4 Is not one of the top 5 OF, IE Abreu, Vlad, Beltran.....

Lets get 5-6 names together.

My choice is A. Jones. and L. Berkman, ? Anyone else, Maggs injury may bump him down though he is fairly established

Aubrey Huff, althought I'm not sure if he's even eligible at OF next season. I don't think he is...

Berkman is past his prime & A Jones has been pretty good for severtal years now.

I thought you were looking for some younger guys like A Rios for example,.

anyway how bout M Cabrera m he will be a top 5 fantasy Of for the nextr 10 years ,

Well if you are looking for young guys who haven't peaked yet and have a high ceiling, then Miguel Cabrera comes to mind. He's quietly put together a nice season in only his second season up in the majors.

Players who could be top OF in 3 or 4 years are Grady Sizemore, Alexis Rios and Willy Mo Pena. MCab is the obvoius choice, Jason Bay should be pretty good also.

Corey Patterson - Probably fits the bill the best
Matt Lawton - Not sure how much more he can peak
Aaron Rowand - Peak might still be a couple years away
Jason Bay - Same as Rowand
Adam Dunn - Probably the most expensive of the bunch, and a big risk/reward guy.

Dagnabbit, all the names I've thought of have been taken.

Lance Berkman
Miguel Cabrera
Jason Bay
Corey Patterson

Those are my four best bets of OF's in the majors. Andruw's been around for roughly seven years now, I'm not going to count him.

i would consider berkman and cabrera and andruw jones too expensive by your first posts.......

i would look towards corey patterson, rocco baldelli, alexis rios, grady sizemore, jason bay, laynce nix, david dejesus, and austin kearns (if he can stay healthy)

u could get all these fairly cheap right now and they all also could be top OF in a couple of years......
