Who is the guy I need?

Ive been looking and looking but I cant seem to find the right guy.

Im in a head to head legue and im going for Wins, Ks, and k/bb. I am not worrying about era and whip so dont pay attention to those stats.

Who would be a good starting pitcher I should try to get? Ive got plenty to trade so there are no limits

Apart from the obvious answers like Schmidt, Pedro and Santana you could target Sheets who may have lost a little value of late and a couple of lesser pitchers with excellent K/BB numbers and WINS are Eric Milton, Mark Buehrle and Chris Carpenter.

In fact if ERA and WHIP are no problem Eric Milton would be a great reasonably low value pick up.
