Other Honourable Mentions:
Dunn / Lugo (Traded for Jeter just before he started hitting again)
V. Castilla (Can't hit on the road, but overall he's been great !)
Podsednick
B. Boone
Looper
Drese
Cintron (dropped after trading for Jeter)

If you are in a league where you picked up Crawford as an FA, then you have to question just how much the owners actually know...imo

16 teams mixed:

OF Lew Ford

OF Darryl Ward (the majority of his hot stretch)

OF Mark Kotsay (.370+ average from end of May to end of July)

SP Victor Zambrano (if you used him strictly at home @ the Trop; you had an elite starter from end of May to the near end of July).

2B/3B/OF David Newhan (still performing at high level surprisingly)

LRP Mike Gonzalez Pittsburgh (also been a big surprise -- haven't gotten much stats from him because I only noticed him a month ago; his #'s on the year are tremendous)

In a 10 team H2H league with some not very sharp owners I picked up- Kolb, Drew, M Cabrera, Dye, Konerko, Castilla, Oliver Perez, Carpenter, Overbay, Lidge, Hoffman (was dropped mid July for O Hernandez).

That might explain why through a bunch of trades/FA pick ups my team is
C Lopez
1 Green/Huff
2B Soriano
3B Rolen
SS Tejada
OF- Beltran, Pujols, Manny
Util- M Cabrera
BN Huff
BN Hunter

SP C Zambrano, Santana, Hudson, Prior, Oliver Perez, Burnett, Carpenter, Padilla
RP- Kolb, Rivera, Lidge, Percival, Frasor.

a second 10 team H2H league I picked up- Burrell, Graves, Dunn, Kolb, Mesa, Craig Wilson, Pineiro (addeded him right before he got hot and dealt him before the injury), Overbay, Konerko, S Green.

Again through some shrewd/lucky/well timed deals my team is stocked-
C Lopez
1B Teixeira
2B Soriano
3B Chavez
SS Nomar (usually Arod)
OF- Ichiro, Berkman, Giles
Util- Green (usually Nomar)
BN- Arod
BN Overbay
DL- Mags

SP- Schmidt, Oswalt, Mulder, Pedro, Contreras, Burnett, Hampton
RP- C Cordero, F Cordero, Worrell, Graves, Wickman
DL Wagner.

I thought everyone dropped Gagne when he blew his save streak. No need to keep an unreliable closer around. ;-)
