Robb Quinlan???

Hey Guys,
Just a quick question...I'm in a deep AL only keeper league, and I am trying to figure out where this guy projects. Is he an everyday starter, scrub platoon guy who's on a hot streak, or worth while to pick up in a bail trade. The deal would look like this:

Quinlan ($5)/Colon($35), but would release at that price)
for
Jacque Jones($26)/Almanzar($10)

Let me know what you think about Quinlan specifically and also this overall deal.....

FYI...$260 draft budget, and I would be receiving Quinlan/Colon

Thanks!!

You definitely be selling high with Quinlan. That being said, any regular in the Angels lineup would be worth keeping in an AL-only keeper league.

You didn't post your budget but I assume that if Colon is not a keeper at $35 then neither is Jones or Almanzar (although Almanzar is intriguing, not many people would keep a non-closer rleiver at $10).

If this is the case then you are only looking at who is better for the rest of this season - I would ride out Quinlan's hot streak.

Hope that helps.

At $5, Quinlan is the best value among this quartet.

Or at least he was until tonight. Really tough break for both him and those fantasy owners (like myself) who were smart enough to snare him weeks ago and were enjoying the ride since.
