CLE has really turned it up and their energized so I'll say Cl.Lee.
However, Padilla is a great pitcher with good stuff.

I like Padilla. I've seen his first two starts back and they've been strong. 4 BBs yesterday, but 2 were against Bonds and the last one was on the ump. His strike zone was definitely favorable to Bonds.
Lee might get a few more wins, but he puts so many people on base.

Padilla from here on out, CLee era in the last month is 9.43 with a 1.95 WHIP

I'm thinking the same thing right now, but there is a possibility Lee has just had a few rough starts and he will continue with the stellar pitching he delivered a few months ago.
