No way Casey can be in there ahead of Helton nor JD drew ahead of Bonds. Sheets and Santana ahead of Schmidt either for that matter.

I thought we would get more discussion around the current Top 10.

looks about right to me with the names...might have moved manny up a couple of spots and helton down a few...but overall names looks good to me....

where is tejada on these lists. top offensive numbers, plus at ss. should be top 10 for this year so far i'd say.

I was surprised by how many people out there thought so too. Either they haven't seen this thread yet or they changed their minds midseason.

I agree that there is a strong case to include both Tejada and Ortiz in a Top 10, but for me they are 11 and 12 respectively.

SS position scarcity is not the problem it was a year or two ago.

In fact 2B is now the only position that lacks any depth which is why I assume Slomo rated Soriano as still a Top 10 guy.
