you look weakest in the infield. 1st, 2nd and short. maybe you can deal some pitching or OF to upgrade those positions.

durham, lowell, ocab could be upgraded. wilk too. see if anyone will trade bags or wells for someone in infield? who's the speedster on your team or someone that gets lots of runs? instead of white or bradley i'd get someone like gaithwright or even a slumping pods

i thought millwood's done for yr? lowry could be one of those flash in the pan things because i think his minor league ball play wasn't even this good. 1 more reliever, even a cheapie like wickman or hermanson should help.

I would definitely upgrade at 1B and 2B. For 1B's, see if Daryle Ward is still available. Polanco might be an option at 2B; he's been lights out.

As for starters, I would look at Carlos Hernandez, Doug Davis, Ponson, or John Lackey. Not the best, but still helpful.

For relievers, I suggest dropping someone to get this kid Brazoban from LA. He's supposed to be lights out, and he will get a chance if the Dodgers traded Mota to make room for him.
I never smile if I can help it.... Showing one's teeth is a submission signal in primates. When someone smiles at me, all I see is a chimpanzee begging for its life.
