I guess it depends what you want from him...sure he has 10 Wins but July is the first month he has had a decent ERA but his WHIP was still 1.51 which is about where his WHIP is for the season (1.50). In July he had 20 BB to 25 K which indicates he was very lucky to have a 2.47 ERA for the month. I would expect his ERA to move back in line with his season numbers as he has not demonstrated any improvement in his control.
