Steve Stone, Cubs announcer, says he thinks San Diego's Kahil Green is Rookie of the year. Any thoughts?
Is VMart eligible for the AL?

VMart isnt eligible, I'm pretty sure his rookie year was last year

eligibility requirements were set forth in 1971 with a rookie formally defined as a player with less than 130 at-bats

Greene is good but I don't think his offensive numbers were that dazzeling to be the ROY.

I wouldnt really consider Khalil to be in the top batch ROY frontrunners.

What Bay has over Greene offesnsively, Greene more than makes up for it defensively. He is so good out there.

Kaz Sasaki was 32 when he got his ROY in 2000, but I think Sam Jethroe holds the record as the oldest. I'm sure he was 32 as well but a few months older than Sasaki.
