what is the status of the new stadium? The reason I ask is that I am bieng offered Lowell in a NL only game, and I know his long term contract is contigent upon that stadium bieng built. So what have you heard.. is it approved? any news would be beneficial ..

The new stadium plans haven't been approved yet. However, the Miami Arena was just sold, which many considered to be an important step. I believe the main issue now is state funding.
